Statendam met with our CARE TEAM members Dan and Berit and delivered six boxes of slightly used clothing and shoes to the community center, one of the Columbian non-profits that is supported by the US nonprofit foundation, Friends of Colombia.
We were blessed to have these delightful people show us their musical talents and open their homes to us seafarer travelers. It always amazes me to see the joy and pride that these personal growth projects, like the ones supported by the Friends of Colombia, inspire in others. These are the true riches in life.
