Wildlife in Costa Rica is so beautiful. On previous calls to Costa Rica we used to rent a car and go out to the national parks; now we realize that wildlife is so much closer than you think. Go out, wander around and look up. Most of the animals are high up in the trees, trying to get a safe spot in order protect themselves from prehistoric predators: the crocodiles
Here are some shots from iguanas in Costa Rica , as well as the “Jesus Christ Lizard,” named Jesus Christ as this lizard is able to run over water.
