Both Culinary Operations Manager Bart Groeneveld and Assistant Dining Room Manager Komang sent us fabulous photos from Rotterdam’s traditional show buffet in the dining room at the end of the Grand World Voyage. (The GWV officially ends tomorrow at Port Everglades, Fla.)
Executive Chef Bernie Rius and the ship’s kitchen brigade created spectacular culinary delights that were a feast for both the eyes and palate. Komang told us that they create many delicacies, from appetizers and soups to main courses and, of course, the desserts.
