Yesterday we arrived in Easter Island, a special territory of Chile. During the morning hours, the swell and waves were high and we could not operate the tender, but thanks to our Captain Olav we sailed to the other side of the island where we were able to anchor and complete our tender service. Guests and crew members enjoyed the island as you can see in the photos. The new spot where we tendered was even better than the original spot where we planned to tender because it had a nice sandy beach. This was one of the highlight ports during our Grand World Cruise this year, as many guests joined the cruise because of this magnificent island.
