HAL’s Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Shore Excursion

In August 2010, Westerdam and Eurodam will call at South Queensferry and guests will have the opportunity to experience Scotland’s renowned Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, an annual parade showcasing great music, dance and marching bands with performances by the British Armed Forces, International military bands and performers from all over the world.

The highlight of each evening is the sensational sights and sounds of the world famous Massed Pipes and Drums of the Scottish regiments, followed by a spectacular firework show. After the show guests walk down the illustrious Royal Mile to a waiting motor coach back to South Queensferry.

The Military Tattoo takes place on the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle and runs for a total of three weeks. These are photos from last year’s shore excursion to the Tattoo.
