During Maasdam’s maiden call at Scarborough, we had the honor of hosting a plaque exchange with the mayor of Tobago. Here is a photo of Captain James Russell-Dunford and the mayor of Tobago during the exchange. Jaime de Castro-van der Loo is Maasdam’s human resources manager.

While in St. Lucia earlier this year, Noordam made a generous donation to the “Project Smile” foundation. The donation included proceeds raised from a crew coin collection, clothes, toys, bathrobes, kids bingo cards and giant chocolate bars!
