HAL Australia is Officially Open!

Holland America Line officially opened its new Australian office in North Sydney today. The office is located inside the Carnival Australia building and is led by Director of Sales Tony Archbold. HAL Australia will focus on and cater to veteran and new cruisers alike in the Land Down Under! On August 31, several of Australia’s leading cruise and travel trade media came together for cocktails and canapés to celebrate the opening. The group was welcomed by Archbold and CEO of Carnival Australia, Ann Sherry. Enjoy these photos from the event!

    We were booked for a cruise leaving Japan Saturday 28th march unfortunately due to this virus you canceled as yet we have no correspondence from either our travel agent or holland America as to when our refund would be processed the booking reference is wtvpvq out travel agent is Helloworld mandurah wa any information would be gratefully appreciated regards brian

    I was booked on the Westerdam for a cruise in Japan leaving 28th March which Holland America cancelled and I was promised a full refund also a trip from Canada on the Zaandam on 31 October also now cancelled. I still have not received any refund. I have a friend in Canada who has received a refund for a trip later than mine. I was wondering if you could give me any information. My travel agent is the RACQ Brisbane.

    I am still waiting on a refund that was promised 5 months ago. For an Alaskan and East Coast Canadian cruise both cancelled by HA Can you please advise when I will see my money. I think we have all been more than patient. I know other cruise companies have processed their refunds already, what is the hold up please?

    we are also having trouble with refund from hal we are advising people not to book any hal cruise any where and are also seeking how we can get hal BANNED from australia there staff are rude and will NOT help

    I just received an email request for the full payment of our scheduled cruise to Australia and New Zealand in January 2021. As far as I can tell, cruises are still not operating in these countries at this time. What gives?
