On April 25 and 26, Volendam was docked at Xingang, China. This gave the crew the perfect opportunity to experience the Great Wall of China. On both days a crew tour was organized and over 140 crew members joined to see the Huangyaguan Great Wall in Tianjin. After a steep climb we enjoyed spectacular views over the 2,000-year-old wall and its surroundings. A well-deserved lunch was served after this intense hike.
