Rotterdam Hosts Mariner Society Awards Ceremony
The July 7th, 14-day sailing of the m.s. Rotterdam through the Norwegian Fjords and North Cape was one of Holland America Line’s featured Mariner Society cruises. During the cruise, as on all HAL sailings, one day is dedicated to our returning guests. A Mariner Medallion Award Ceremony took place on July 12th where Captain Robert Jan Kan, Hotel Manager Francois Birarda and myself awarded each guest who had achieved their next level of sea days with a medallion. Pictured below with the Captain, Hotel Manager and myself is Ms. Victoria Morgan, who has reached 956 days at sea, with her Platinum Medallion.
