Noordam’s Project Smile with the Children of Curaçao

During the Noordam’s call at Curaçao on December 8th we had 208 school children visit the ship. Their escorts along with the Prime Minster of Curaçao and his dignitaries all came together for a special luncheon, holiday show presented by the cast and guest entertainers and yes even a visit from the big guy himself, Santa.

The Noordam came alive with the excited voices of children and bouncing balloons throughout the ship. It was a fun-filled afternoon enjoyed by our visitors and guests alike. Over 50 crew members volunteered their time to help wrap the gifts, escort the children around the ship, serve them lunch and keep them safe while onboard. Just seeing their smiling faces full of excitement touched everyone’s heart. Santa was a very busy man!
