Ingredients:
1.5oz of Pouring Cognac
0.75oz of Infused Vermouth
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Infused Vermouth:
2 cups of Sweet Vermouth
1 tsp of allspice
2 cinnamon sticks
2 whole cloves
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1 dash of sea salt

Glass:
Rock

Garnish:
Orange twist
Nutmeg

Boil all ingredients together for 3 minutes. Shake and pour. Garnish with orange twist and nutmeg.
