Half Moon Cay Serves Up Fruity Tropical Drinks

If you’d like to make some of the tasty concoctions that we serve on our private island, you’re in luck! We’re sharing some of our favorite recipes from Captain Morgan’s on the Rocks Island Bar, as well as other cocktails served around the island. Bottom’s up!
Frozen Tropa-Mango Mojito
Yield: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
1-2 sprig fresh mint
2 oz Cruzan Guava rum
3 oz Dish D’Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
1 oz Monin Mojito Syrup
1/2 oz Monin Mango Puree
Garnish: dried or fresh mango and mint sprig
Glass: pint glass
Instructions:
Drop mint into blender cup.
Measure rum, Dish D’Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor and syrup directly into blender.
Fill pint glass to the top with ice and pour into blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into pint glass
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and mango
Hukilau
Yield: 1 cocktail
Garnish: 1 orange slice
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz CAPTAIN MORGAN Rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz ginger liqueur
1/2 oz amaretto
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
Instructions:
Combine and shake all of the ingredients, then strain them into a hurricane glass, or a smaller glass of your choosing. Garnish with the orange slice. Bottom’s up!
Myrtle Bank Punch
Yield: 1 drink
Glass: Hurricane
Garnish: 1 lime wedge
Ingredients:
2 oz CAPTAIN MORGAN Original Spiced Rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz cherry liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Mix ingredients and serve on the rocks.
Ginger-Mango Splash
Yield: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz Dish D’Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
3/4 oz Monin Mango Puree
1/2 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
4 oz soda water
Garnish: Candied ginger and dried or fresh mango on a pick
Glass: tall Collins glass or pint
Instructions:
Measure Dish D’Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor, puree and syrup into a pint glass
Fill pint glass to the top with ice
Cap and shake vigorously
Add soda to shaking tin
Pour into a tall glass
Garnish with candied ginger and mango on a pick
Florida Keys Song
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients:
2 oz CAPTAIN MORGAN Original Spiced Rum
2 oz Cream of Coconut
3 oz Orange Juice
Garnish: orange slice
Instructions:
Put into blender then garnish with an orange slice.
