The front office is always busy as I told you earlier. It’s time to have a look behind the scene and take pictures. All telephone calls from guests concerning reservations for a table, etc., are managed by telephone operators from there.

Behind the front desk is the office of Iris, the Guest Relations Manager. Iris was willing to pose for a picture, a young and ambitious Dutch woman at the service for all guests of Zaandam.
