Cocktail Recipes: Enjoy Our O Signature Drinks from the Girls’ Getaway Cruise

Frozen TangOrita
Ingredients:
4 ounces tangerine juice
2 ounces tequila, Patrón Silver
1/3 ounce (or “hint”) of triple sec
Crushed ice
Mint leaf
Colored salt and sugar mix
Tangerine slice, for garnish
Directions:
Squeeze 4 ounces of fresh tangerine juice. Add 2 ounces of tequila and a hint of triple sec. Blend with crushed ice, and add a mint leaf. Garnish with a slice of tangerine and a mix of salt and sugar around the rim of your glass.
MojitO with Pineapple Rum
Ingredients:
3 tbsp sugar
3⁄4 cup pineapple rum
1⁄4 cup simple syrup
1⁄2 cup fresh lime juice (from about 4 limes)
1⁄2 cup club soda, or to taste
4 lime wheels, for garnish
4 mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions:
Place sugar in a shallow bowl. Moisten the rims of 4 highball or margarita glasses and dip into the sugar to coat. Add ice to each glass. Fill a pitcher with ice. To pitcher, add rum, simple syrup and lime juice, and stir until chilled. Strain into prepared glasses and top each with a splash of club soda. Stir to combine, and then garnish each drink with a lime wheel and a mint sprig. Serves 4.
Oprah’s O’ Mai Mai Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
3 apples, cored
6 mint sprigs, plus more for garnish
2 cups pineapple
1 1⁄2-inch knob of ginger
1⁄4 cup lemon juice
1 ounce vodka (optional)
Dash cayenne pepper
Directions:
Using a juice extractor, juice the apples, mint, pineapple, and ginger. Stir in lemon juice and vodka, if using. Top with cayenne and garnish with mint. Makes 2 cups.

Ingredients:
1-2 jalapeno slices
4 ounces chopped green apple
2 fresh mint leaves
3 fresh basil leaves
3 ounces fresh lime juice
2 tbsp organic simple syrup
2 ounces tequila blanco (silver)
Directions:
Muddle jalapeno, apple, mint and basil in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice, syrup and tequila. Fill shaker with ice and shake about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a jalapeno slice. Serves 1.
