Recently, 64 Amsterdam crew members visited Komodo Island for the Komodo Island Trek excursion. They were split into smaller groups, then given a brief lecture and talk about the island by the rangers. Next they walked the route which takes about 30 – 40 minutes. During the walk the rangers have a large stick in case any of the Komodo Dragons get too close.
