December 23 was the only time this year that the Veendam called at the small town of Puerto Chacabuco, Chile. The town itself is very small — there is only one street — but the scenery is stunning.
Entrance to the spotless garbage room on the Volendam where they even “recycled” garbage into Christmas ornaments. These guys were rightfully as a team chosen as employees of the month in September 2010. Team work matters here.
