Contributing Editors to Eating Well magazine, and are featured columnists in Today's Health and Wellness ("Table for Two"), Relish Magazine ("The American Farmer"), and on weightwatchers.com ("Everyday Gourmet"). They are the co-creators of the best-selling "Ultimate" cookbook series, published by William Morrow, a division of HarperCollins. The series features ten single-subject ultimates, ice cream to party drinks, potatoes to shrimp, brownies to peanut butter; it also includes a 900-recipe, all-original compendium cookbook, The Ultimate Cook Book, which Jacques Pepin has described as "innovative yet straightforward." Bruce and Mark have also written Cooking for Two and Great Grilling. They write regularly for Cooking Light, Wine Spectator, Cooking Pleasures, Gourmet, and The New York Times. They have been regular guests on NBC's The Today Show, CBS' Early Show, Fox and Friends, The View, and Seasonings with Dede Wilson. They find their peace on some acreage in rural Litchfield county, Connecticut, where their only neighbors are a pair of moose, the inevitable deer, and a family of irascible beavers.
