This tour will take you to visit one of the most important Spanish wine cellars, Bodegas Torres, situated in Vilafranca del Penedes between Barcelona and Tarragona. Tradition and quality are the essence of Bodegas Torres—a family-owned company linked with wine for more than three centuries. In 1870, the Torres family founded their first winery, and generation after generation has understood the importance of respecting traditions and maintaining quality. Bodegas Torres now trades in more than 120 countries and owns 3,335 acres and 111 pagos or delimited vineyards, where specific kinds of wines are developed. During your tour, you will gain an appreciation of what wine culture means to Bodegas Torres, from planting the vineyards to wine-making, to the aging of the wine in the cellars and to the design and marketing of Torres packaging and products. A tasting of four different wines (white, rosé and red) and an aperitif is offered. You can buy some wine if you like.

Minimum age is 18 years. Travel time to Torres Cellars is approximately one hour each way. Please note that the Cellars are closed on Sunday afternoons and holiday afternoons. This option is available to guests who are returning to the ship.
