At the helm of the Atlantis XI submarine is a highly skilled pilot assisted by a co-pilot and guide who make this an entertaining experience. Huge barrel sponges and star corals abound on the reef while snapper, grouper, stingrays and turtles may pass within a few feet of your large viewport. Your 1½-hour excursion, including the ferry ride, conveniently begins and ends at the Atlantis Dock, located next to the cruise ship tender pier in the heart of the Grand Cayman shopping district.

Those concerned about safety should note that the Atlantis is naturally buoyant; if there are any systems problems, the submarine will simply rise to the surface. Minimum height is 3’0". Guests must be able to access the sub via a ladder with 11 steps. Not available on all sailings.
